La Pria Società Agricola, acting as data controller, declares that, as a result of placing its own information on its sites, or by logging in to web services belonging to La Pria, some data related to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

The La Pria website uses cookies to ensure that its services are easy to browse, and that the web pages of the La Pria website can be used efficiently. The cookies in use also allow for improving the service provided to users, rendering them more effective and / or enabling specific features.

The La Pria website uses cookies to anonymously track browsing on the site’s pages, for statistical purposes. For technical reasons it is not possible for the website to delete these cookies, however the user’s browser allows deleting them from the privacy settings. 2.2 Electronic traffic data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate websites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is an inherent part of the Internet communication protocols, or is used to improve the quality of the service offered.

Such information is not collected to be associated with any identified stakeholders. However, by their very nature, they could allow users to be identified, if processed and associated to other data.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses using URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of each request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file that is obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response as provided by the server (success, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment of the user. The provision of such data is mandatory. This data is used in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the sites, and ensure the correct operation of the computer systems. This data may also be used to establish liability in case of possible computer crimes or in case of damage to La Pria Società Agricola or third parties.
